This is what a CJ needs to host the Simtropolis Film Festival:

- Theater
Where the movies will be shown

- Hotel
A 5-star one, where the filmakers will stay

- Public Transit
Very good transit between the hotels and the theater is required along with an International Airport. Good connections around the entire city is required as well.

- A major city
Where vistors can visit plenty of attractions

NOTES:
A CJ must meet all the above requirements or otherwise, it won't host the Simtropolis Film Festival.
